"Fits like my old ones"
Fit was pretty much the same as my older pairs. Maybe a touch roomy, but fine.

"Cute look, not so comfy"
I really liked the way it looked when I first got it, but wearing it was a different story. The material felt stiff and a little scratchy after a few hours, and I kept waiting for it to soften up but it never really did. That part was weird because it looks like something that should be more comfortable. It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t reach for it much.

"Felt misled by the color mix-up"
I ordered a hoodie in a specific color, but when it showed up, it was a completely different one. The size was right, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it still felt misleading since I didn’t get what I actually picked and paid for.
I reached out to support and it took a few days to get a response. They offered a return, but i didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing it up and sending it back. The hoodie itself is nice, I just wish the order had been accurate in the first place.

"Cool designs, but always out of stock"
I’ve found a few 10.Deep pieces I actually really liked, but every time I go to pick my size, it’s already sold out. From my experience, it makes shopping the site feel more frustrating than fun because the best-looking items are usually unavailable by the time I click in.
I also haven’t seen a clear way to know when things are coming back, so I end up checking again later and usually wasting my time. The styles are there, but the inventory and restock updates could definitely be better.

I really like the items here, but the popular sizes seem to stay sold out for quite a while. I kept checking back for my usual size, even just in one specific color, and it took longer than I expected to come back.

"I really wanted to like the site, but..."
I really wanted to like the site, but the whole design feels kind of messy and outdated. There are a few cool pieces here and there, so it’s not all bad, but a lot of the style just doesn’t do it for me anymore. Browsing around isn’t exactly a smooth ride either, because apparently clean and easy navigation was too mainstream.

I do like a lot of the stuff on 10.Deep, so I’m not just trying to complain for no reason, but the customer service was frustrating. I reached out about my order and then just didn’t hear anything back for days, which is kind of annoying when you’re just trying to get a simple update.
When they finally did respond, the reply was really short and didn’t actually answer what I asked. I had to follow up again just to get basic info, which felt unnecessary. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, to be fair, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a little better communication

"Colors are close, but be aware they run a bit darker"
The colors looked close to the pictures, so that was good, but just a heads up, they’re slightly darker in person. Not a huge issue for me, but if you’re trying to match a specific color exactly, I’d be careful.

I grabbed a hoodie and a tee from 10deep and they both fit about how I hoped. I always get a little unsure with online size charts because theyre not always right, but this one worked out for me. The large actually felt like a normal large, not too tight and not oddly long. Shipping was fine too. I dont really have any complaints and Id probably just order my usual size again

I picked up a hoodie and a tee from 10.Deep when they were having a sale, and the discount was decent. Checkout was easy, the promo code worked right away, no annoying problems or anything. Shipping took a few days, but like, that’s not a big deal. Everything showed up packed fine, and the sizing was pretty much what I expected. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again next time there’s a sale.

I thought the order tracking was easy enough to follow, though I kept checking it more than I probably needed to. The updates came through quickly, and the package showed up when it said it would. no issues or drama, so I’m happy with it...

"I was about to order a hoodie..."
I was about to order a hoodie, but the shipping cost completely turned me off. It was almost like paying for a second item, which just felt ridiculous for a normal order. I get that shipping can’t always be free, but this seemed way higher than it needed to be and felt avoidable. I ended up closing the tab because it just wasn’t worth it.

"Not what I expected"
I ordered this hoodie thinking it would look like the photos, but the fit and color were different from what was shown on the product page. It also looked a lot thicker in the pictures than it actually is. i was disappointed, and having to return it just made the whole thing more frustrating

"Reminded me of waiting on packages as a kid"
The order itself was cool, and I was happy with what I picked out. But the shipping took way longer than I expected. It reminded me of being a kid waiting forever for something to come in the mail. Good product, just wish it had arrived sooner.

"The return was honestly easy"
I had to send back a hoodie from 10deep because it just didn’t fit me right, i don’t really get the complaints about their return process. The steps on the site were straightforward, and I got my refund in about a week. Sure, it wasn’t lightning fast, but it also wasn’t some huge hassle. Customer service got back to my email the next day, which I appreciated. The only thing I’d say is return shipping could definitely be cheaper, but overall, it went fine for me.

"Exchange was easy, but I felt a bit ignored"
I had to exchange a 10deep hoodie because I ordered the wrong size, and overall the process wasn’t too hard. The instructions on the site were clear, but after I reached out to support, it took about a day to hear back, and I did feel a little ignored while waiting.
The return shipping also took longer than I was hoping, which made the whole thing feel slower than it needed to be. That said, the new size showed up fine and there weren’t any major issues, so I’d probably order again, I’ll just be way more careful with sizing next time...
